All times refer to the local time at the property. For no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged. Between 20-07-2013 and 31-07-2013 cancellations, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the entire stay will be charged. For no-show, 100% of the entire stay will be charged. Between 20-12-2012 and 09-01-2013 cancellations, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the entire stay will be charged. For no-show, 100% of the entire stay will be charged. Between 20-12-2013 and 09-01-2014 cancellations, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the entire stay will be charged. For no-show, 100% of the entire stay will be charged.
