- To reach the island of Ischia, guests can arrive in Naples by car. From the city they can take a ferry from Naples Calata di Massa and Pozzuoli or the hydrofoil jets from Napoli Molo Berello or Napoli Mergellina. On the island the main harbours are Porto d'Ischia, Casamicciola port and Forio. The ferry journey lasts about 90 minutes or 50 minutes on the hydrofoil jet.
