- Set in 30 acres of grounds, it overlooks the Scottish Borders town of Peebles. This traditional hotel is open all year round and suitable for all ages, we are very family friendly. It is well known throughout the UK as an excellent conference, meetings and events venue.
- Bedrooms are well equipped, all with ensuite bath, shower, toiletries. Freeview TV, bathrobes, tea and coffee making facilities, double, twin or single beds, hairdryer, telephone. Family rooms have a separate room usually with bunk beds for the children.
- Hotel offers free kids activity club, during school holidays and at certain times of year there is a full family entertainment programme for both adults and kids. The Health and Beauty Salon offers many treatments including massage, facials and spa treatments (it is always advisable to book as far in advance as possible). The leisure club has an indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and steam room and gym which is free to guests during their stay. Outdoors there is 30 acres of grounds with tennis courts, croquet, pitch and putt, walking trails.
- From the south west section of the Edinburgh bypass follow signs for the A702 to Peebles. On arrival in the town turn left at roundabout and Peebles Hydro is the next turning on the left at the top of the driveway. There is a regular bus service (no 62) from Edinburgh St Andrew's Square Bus Station, providing a direct route to Peebles.
