Panorama Hotel Schweinfurt 

I'm a regular guest at this hotel, when I travel in Germany, I'm often in this country so I know the rules, . Yesterday, the receptionist was quite arrogant. We booked four rooms: three directly with the hotel and one through Booking.com. Upon check-in, we requested a single invoice. At check-out, she was quite unpolite. Two of us were working in the lobby until 1:30 PM. She offered a colleague a coffee and a glass of water, trying to compensate us for leaving. Afterward, we asked the waiter for two more glasses. I asked him personally if we had to pay for the water, but he said no. We were about to leave when the receptionist came after us, demanding payment. We thought it was just the coffee, but she charged us €4.90 for each glass of water, (she showed the price list)... a total of €16! How can they be so cheap? We paid over €400 for the four nights. This is completely unacceptable. By the way, outside temperature +33ºC... in the hotel lobby +/- 26ºC. Definately, we will look for other hotels in the city....

Desayuno, aunque el precio un poco elevado pero de excelente calidad

No tenia aire acondicionado, apenas un ventilador
