Please note guests must be at least 25 years of age to check in and photo identification must match the name on reservation
Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival
If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation
The property charges a USD 300 refundable security deposit 60 days prior to arrival or at booking
The deposit is refunded at check-out pending a damage inspection
Instead of a security deposit, guests may arrange a fixed damage protection fee directly with the property

After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you
